ACMA Counseling Office/College and Career Readiness has requested PTO approval of $800 of ACMA PTO discretionary funds to cover the cost of school buses for three (3) 9th grade college field trips to PSU, PCC and Pacific University as part of our college and career readiness program at ACMA. Each of the visits included an admissions presentation, art department presentation and campus tour given by college students who answered questions about life as a college student, etc. It really helped our 9th grade students get excited about their future and the admissions presentation helped give them guidance on what they should be doing in high school to meet their post high school goals. Funds are needed April 1, 2025.
